MyMoneyCycle turns your bank statements into a plain-English cash-flow review. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Bank statements you upload — the PDF files you choose to submit, so we can read your transactions and generate your report.
- Your report — generated from those statements and shown only to you through your private download link.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data — such as pages visited and error logs, used only to keep the service running.
Why we collect it
To generate the cash-flow report you pay for, process your payment, and keep the service working. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Uploaded statements and generated reports are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not keep copies of your statements after that.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your statements with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use your financial data to market to you.
If you choose the optional AI-assisted categorization, transaction descriptions (never account or reference numbers) may be processed by our AI provider solely to classify your transactions.
Your choices
Don't upload a statement and we collect nothing about your finances. After uploading, your files delete themselves within 24 hours automatically.
